Dog refuses bowl and only wants to be fed by hand

Serge Chedid is 23-year-old psychology major from Canada and his dog's name is Neo. Neo refuses to eat from his food bowl. However, when his owner takes a bit in his hand Neo thinks it's a treat and suddenly does want it, even though it's the same food!
