Teenager sprains ankle at dancing practice

Lucy Shallow from Huddersfield, England is 17 years old. She filmed herself while practicing dance, but then sprained her left ankle. Using her left leg as her supporting, she could not prevent it spraining at a 90 degree ankle when she wanted to spin.
