Michael Fish's NBC 26 weather forecast
Today, we'll have a chance of an isolated shower or t'storms as a frontal boundary wavers around the area. It will be warm and humid with highs in the mid/upper-80s. If a storm does pop along this front this afternoon to the south, it could bring a gust of wind or hail. There are some question marks as to how the night will unfold. Either way, late tonight would be the time frame to watch. Some of these could bring locally heavy rain, gusty wind or some hail, mainly south. Showers and storms will persist through Friday before high pressure moves in with some drier and cooler weather for the weekend. Friday could be a soaker for many of us with a general 1-2" of rain possible. Right now it looks like mid and lower 70s will return for the weekend with dry weather.
