Fire causes power lines to spark, residents told to stay indoors

A garage fire in east Bakersfield Tuesday night hit power lines. The power lines sparked multiple times as crews worked to put out the flames. Residents in the neighborhood were told to stay indoors until PG&E shut off the power.
