Earthquake rattles 11th floor of Tokyo apartment block

Strong tremors from a magnitude 6.3 earthquake in Tokyo, Japan, were recorded by a resident as he was preparing dinner in his apartment on the 11th floor of a high rise. Though common in the region, this quake lasted almost a minute!
