Chilling! Building shakes during earthquake in the Philippines

Arsenor Domingo was on vacation in Quezon City when he started to feel a little dizzy during his bath. He noticed the water was swaying, but only afterwards did he realize that the building was shaking due to a 6.3 magnitude earthquake.
