Fatal shooting outside shopping center in Elkton

She heard the gunshots, just as she claims to have heard them on other occasions from the parking lot of the West Creek Shoppes in Elkton, and a woman who does not wish to be identified says “The Wood”, a nearby bar and restaurant, has become a nightly draw for crowds that flow outside even during the pandemic.
