HBCU Leadership Moving Forward | The One Story

HBCU leadership mirrors that of the US government - aging, incumbent lifers who have been serving in their capacities for a combined century-plus. As education priorities shift to a more modern society that much of the current presidents may not identify with, is it pertinent for there to be new, younger leadership at Black colleges to replace existing leaders? What needs to happen in order to ensure HBCU's and their legacy last for years to come?
