Kitesurfer jumps off balcony in insane move

Twenty-seven-year-old Evan Netsch jumped off a third floor balcony straight into the sea in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. The young daredevil admitted it was an impulsive jump and that he didn't think about the consequences.
