A new study shows that practicing yoga is an effective treatment for generalized anxiety disorder.
According to the study, more than half of patients who practiced Kundalini yoga responded well to therapy.
Kunlandi Yoga includes movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting.
Researchers however said that cognitive-behavioral therapy was effective for more patients.
According to UPI, both approaches were more effective than stress education.
