Occurred on August 5, 2020 / Sandy, Utah, USA
Info from Licensor: "Rented this dump trailer/excavator combo to remove dirt from our yard. We completed the job and this was our attempt to load the excavator back into the dump trailer to return it. Had a tree stump to support the back end of the trailer for the load. The tree stump split from the weight and the trailer upended the rear end of the truck, rendering the parking brake useless and the tree started to roll."
