Cal State University students required to take ethnic studies classes

Students that attend a school within the California State University system will need to take ethnic studies classes to graduate. That's according to a recent decision by the board of trustees. Doctor Vernon Harper, vice president for academic affairs at Cal State Bakersfield discusses what this means for students.
