First signs of preparation for DNC pop up outside Wisconsin Center over the weekend

The Democratic National Convention is three weeks away and workers are finally starting to set up in downtown Milwaukee. While it will be significantly scaled down, the city will still host the main event and act as an ‘anchor’ for the convention.
