Murder charge after woman killed in flight from police

A fugitive from the law behind the wheel of a flatbed truck, 52-year-old David Bogdanowicz had a number of outstanding warrants when he attempted to flee from police on Tuesday in the village liquor parking costing a woman her life when she fell or was pushed from the vehicle.
