TownHall bar owner defies mask mandate amid complaints, COVID-19-positive employees, investigation

Cuyahoga Co. has received multiple complaints regarding the restaurant. Two employees have tested positive for COVID-19. And a day after the city announced it was investigating TownHall, the owner of the Cleveland bar was seen in his establishment without a mask, in defiance of the city's mandate.
