will not count towards the selection of the NBA awards this season so whatever players did prior to the NBA halting the season in march will be what the voters will use to determine who will be named nba mvp rookie of the year defensive player of the year and so on we all personally have our picks and predictions like ja for rookie of the year and giannis for mvp but there's one person in particular who is not considered at all Lebron James was asked about his thoughts on the nba mvp race concluding earlier than anticipated and this is what he had to say
