No pardons issued yet for minor marijuana convictions

It's been about 3 weeks since Nevada announced pardons for people who were conviced of possessing a small amount of pot, and no pardons have been issued. The forms to apply for a pardon were posted online Tuesday - officials estimated that thousands of people would be eligible, but Davis says only a handful of applications have come in so far, and none were eligible.
