Ypsilanti trustee's car window hit by bullet

A Black Ypsilanti Township politician questions if she was the target of a racially motivated incident. A bullet pierced the windshield of Monica Ross-Williams' husbands BMW as it sat in the driveway. Williams said she was inside her home at the time with her 16-month-old grandson but did not hear the shot.
