Second COVID-19 shutdown could doom KC area businesses

Leaders in Texas, Florida and Michigan have placed additional restrictions on bars and restaurants to slow the spread of the virus after having reopened earlier this year. Similar restrictions in the Kansas City metro could be the final straw for some businesses.
