George Gretsas out as Delray Beach city manager

Delray Beach City Manager George Gretsas is out after spending just five months on the job.
The city commission voted 3-2 in favor of placing Gretsas on paid leave and providing a preliminary notice to terminate with cause, pending an investigation into allegations against him.
