"STOP Summer Hunger" and Help Feed Milwaukee
This summer, join TMJ4 and Empower Credit Union to help make sure kids in Milwaukee are fed. More than 11.8% of American households struggle to get enough food to eat each day. Just as learning does not end when school lets out, neither does a child’s need for good nutrition.
In celebration of June Dairy Month, Hunger Task Force is also announcing The Dairy Match—a match program possible thanks to a substantial matching donation. Throughout the month of June, all donations will be matched with the goal to support dairy farmers, farm cooperatives and their local producers throughout Wisconsin.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hunger Task Force continues to ensure that local children, families and seniors don’t go without food, especially when they’re worried about staying healthy. Help support local families in these uncertain times with nutritious dairy products directly from Wisconsin dairy farmers and cooperatives.
This comes at a time when Wisconsin farmers are struggling to stay afloat and when June Dairy Month focuses on the importance of dairy nationwide. TMJ4 is committed to community service that inspire hope and action, now more than ever.
