Butterfly Man Dave O'Donnell is creating a virtual butterfly release
Dave O'Donnell heads up the Eastern Monarch Butterfly Farm in Clarence, New York. He was planning a butterfly release at this years annual Buffalo Garden Walk but like so many other Summer events the walk was canceled.
The Butterfly Man decided to do a virtual butterfly release. He enlisted the help of a variety of groups and organizations. Dave's plan is to have the monarchs released one at a time. He'll record the groups and put the video together into a presentation that will be available on line.
Dave says butterflies have a way of bringing people together "no matter what your politics" adding "everyone loves butterflies, they are a great uniter."
You'll be able to see the finished video that Dave plans to call "Buffalo Emerging" on line at the Gardens Buffalo Niagara website.
