Window Busted to Save Dog from Hot Car

Occurred on June 24, 2020 / Gainesville, Florida, USA

Info from Licensor: "My mom put China (the dog) in the passenger side of her vehicle. Along with her bag, purse and phone. She shut the door to walk to the drivers side. She gave me a hug goodbye, when China hit the lock button on the door. The car wasn't running yet. It was 96 degrees outside around 2pm that afternoon. I ran and got Andy and I got my dad on the phone, who was three hours away. My dad called AAA and pop a lock and uconnect. They still said it was going to be 45 mins. 15 minutes had past, and then China fell on the floorboard of the drivers side door and we were unable to see her. So, Andy ended up busting the window out, crawling in to unlock it."
