Goodwill seeing a lot of donations, but asking them to be done during normal hours

Goodwill is seeing a lot of donations dropped off to their donation bins. It's a good situation leading to a lot of inventory, but also a bad situation because too many donations leads to overcrowding and some donations being disposed.
