Police Chase Tears Through Backyard

Info from Licensor: "Spending a quiet afternoon at home with the dogs in the backyard as usual. The guy apparently running from the police decided to come through my yard as there was no outlet in my cul-de-sac. Three police cars followed him and ruined my yard and almost killed my dogs. By the wat, the Yorkie with the temper who almost got taken out twice is named Lucky."
