Rare, serious childhood illness related to COVID-19 reported in Southern Nevada

Authorities with the Southern Nevada Health District are reporting a child under the age of four has tested positive for COVID-19 and has also developed a rare and serious condition associated with the virus called Multisystem Inflammation Syndrome in Children.
Experts say the illness, which has no known cause, has been reported in several states and in at least 13 countries.
