FDNY Extinguishing a Large Fire Caused by George Floyd Protests that Turned to Riots

At the end of a day of protesting police brutality and demonstrations in response to George Floyd’s death, the streets in New York City started clearing out and as the night progressed pockets of riots and vandalism started all around the city. In the area of NoMad huge flames roared out of a large dumpster. The city tonight had countless trash cans fires all over, and the huge amount of garbage fueling the flames allowed it to grow to a large fire before the fire department even arrived. The FDNY come and assess the situation and take action accordingly and take thorough measures to assure it’s extinguished.
