Same-sex weddings have given state and local economies a healthy jolt since it was legalized nationwide in 2015.
According to Huff Post, LGBTQ weddings have brought in an estimated $3.8 billion in the past ive years.
Nearly 300,000 gay and lesbian couples have said "I Do" since June 26, 2015.
Studies show that $3.2 billion has been spent on weddings, $544 million was spent on wedding-related travel.
Studies also show that approximately 45,000 jobs were supported by same-sex weddings.
