Minnesota governor apologizes and takes 'full responsibility' for arrest of CNN reporter

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz apologized for the arrest of a CNN reporter and their team who were reporting on the protests over the death of George Floyd. The governor said he was in contact with the president of CNN over the arrest and takes "full responsibility."
