Info from Licensor: "It was just a part of my training that day. I made progress so I decided to post. Friends & family were surprised that it went viral because they feel like I have ones that are much better than this one. I have been on a mission to master front bends. This pose requires a ton of strength and control to balance and hold. Here, you see me getting closer to my goal. I am self taught. I teach flexibility and strength classes. I use my own practice to learn and grow as a teacher. So, me expanding my knowledge around front bends, helps me grow as a trainer."
