Moments before he started a news conference detailing Racine's plan to reopen its economy, Mayor Cory Mason was served a lawsuit over his city's local stay-at-home order. The lawsuit, filed Thursday in state court, was brought by a business owner at odds with the city’s continued enforcement of the order.
