No suspect found following hours-long standoff

Bakersfield Police were investigating a shooting in east Bakersfield that led to an hours-long standoff. The standoff ended around 3:30 p.m. They said no one was found in the apartment. There was evidence of a shooting, but officials say no victims have been found.
