Tri-County Health Department, state order closure of Castle Rock diner that allowed Sunday crowds

The Tri-County Health Department ordered a Castle Rock diner that allowed dozens of people inside for dine-in and takeout services on Mother’s Day, in defiance of the state’s public health order, to close until further notice.
