Info from Licensor: Tiddles is a disabled duck who has a spinal deformity that restricts his ability to walk. Because of this he lives inside. He loves to see other ducks and regularly talks to his friend Quacky in Italy. We record voice messages of the boys quacking to let them talk to each other.
