Chevy Nova Is Too Loud For Neighbor

Info from Licensor: "I was working on my 1965 chevy nova in the middle of the day on a Saturday afternoon. Suddenly, a neighbor that I have never seen in my life came to my door complaining about the loud exhaust pipes from the car. the lady began to tell me that I have a loud car and asking if I can store it elsewhere or not even turn it on because it bothers her. I disagreed and said I will drive it to and from work whether she likes it or not. Ultimately she left with nothing accomplished and I still take the car to work and back. I have never seen this lady since then."
