This is the moment Russian paratroopers are filmed jumping from a helicopter in the country’s latest military exercises.

The footage was taken at a training centre in the south-eastern Russian region of Amur Oblast as the country’s Ministry of Defence says the paratroopers were practising landing accuracy in limited areas.
