Fiat Chrysler posts $1.8 billion Q1 loss, wants to resume production May 18

Fiat Chrysler CEO Mike Manley says the company wants to resume production at U.S. and Michigan plants on May 18, after the company posted a first-quarter loss of $1.8 billion.
