This incredible footage shows a casual scooter rider lying down on his seat and steering with his hips while smoking a cigarette in heavy traffic.
The scenes captured by members of the public in the city of Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in South China, show scooter rider Mr Lu travelling on Minzu Avenue on 26th April.
