Fallen Overland Park officer remembered for community service

Officer Mike Mosher not only served his community by being a police officer, but also by giving back as much as he could. Mosher was killed on Sunday in a shootout with another man, a suspected hit-and-run driver identified as 38-year-old Phillip Carney.
