During the coronavirus pandemic UPS delivery drivers have gotten a spike in orders.
A UPS driver told CNN: "No one wants to go to the store; everyone buys everything online." According to Business Insider, UPS delivered 8.5 percent more parcels in three months than the same three in 2019 in the U.S. While business-to-consumer deliveries went up 19 percent, business-to-business deliveries fell by 2 percent. Chief financial officer said around 70 percent of UPS deliveries were residential.
