Ford Announces 3-Step Plan To Re-Open Ontario Once Case Numbers Slow Down

The timeline on reopening the province is still very much up in the air. Premier Doug Ford released Ontario's COVID-19 framework on Monday, April 27, which gave early indications about how the province plans to reopen. And, at his news briefing, Ford revealed there is a three-step plan in place.
