Weld County plans to allow businesses to reopen Monday despite governor's safer at home guidance

Weld County commissioners said Friday that they plan to skirt the governor’s order that businesses should not reopen until May 1 or 4, depending on the type, and allow Weld County businesses to reopen Monday.
