Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam on Monday said his state and other states are working around the clock to get equipment to fight the coronavirus and suggested there's a "disconnect" between what the White House says about the supply of ventilators and personal protection equipment for medical-care workers.
"We're fighting a biological war without the resources we need," the Democratic governor said, amid talk the U.S. now has enough ventilators to send to other countries struggling to save lives.
