Governor Newsom tells Californians expect a 'new normal' as state readies to reopen

California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newson told residents Tuesday to prepare for a "new normal" when cases of coronavirus drop but "normal it will not be."
Newsom told residents to expect going out to dinner to perhaps include having their temperature taken at the door and a waiter in mask and gloves.
