Disagreement Over Disabled Parking Space

Info from Licensor: "Our retail shop is closed due to Covid-19. The man in the video pounded on my door until I opened it. He demanded to know if I parked in a particular spot and if the vehicle was mine. I said 'no.' He started shouting at me so I shut the door and went back to work. Two minutes later I heard shouting outside. I figured it was the same man. I took my phone to video him so he would think about his actions and stop. That is where the video starts. After I posted it, the video went viral locally. He was identified and made an apology video. His family also reached out to me to thank me and apologize and asked me to help them find the woman."
