Info from Licensor: "The video was taken from our front garden we own and run a bed & breakfast in Robin Hoods Bay North Yorkshire. On Friday 3rd April, we were waiting for the local ice cream van to deliver, when the van arrived, and so did the Dalek. We are currently closed due to lockdown restrictions and the village is now quiet. However, the weekend before, we had too many people coming here because the weather was good even though the government had issued guidance, but like most of country, a lot of people were heading to the coast during lockdown. So, when the village was empty, the Dalek, which belongs to a local resident, decided to have a bit of fun. He's also out of work now, as he attends comic conventions with his Dalek, which have now all been cancelled due to the pandemic."
