NDOT: Construction 'more important than ever' for Vegas roads during pandemic

Gov. Steve Sisolak issued a "Stay at Home" order back in March, and since then fewer people have been driving on the roads. However, according to Nevada Department of Transportation, construction is still moving forward on many of their projects. Marissa Kynaston explains why.
