DWYM: Hair Stylists and Nail Techs facing problems getting unemployment

Thousands of people in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana work as hairdressers, drivers, landscapers and other independent contractors. Many are out of work, and still waiting to hear if they'll receive unemployment benefits or not.
