NATIONAL: Houston hospital using survivors' plasma to treat COVID-19 patients

A hospital in Houston is the first in the country to be approved by the FDA to give critically ill COVID-19 patients plasma from people who have recovered. Experts at the hospital say this is an experimental protocol and they are trying to make sure it is safe.
