Cape Coral student organizing celebration for students whose graduations were canceled

If the Coronavirus pandemic has you on hard times, or you or your child's graduation has been cancelled, a Cape Coral woman wants to do something special for you. She and her classmates are inviting you to a "make up graduation ceremony."
